Our service

Gol & Gift sells flowers, cakes, and gifts and delivers them to recipients in Kabul and Herat, Afghanistan. We photograph deliveries as proof. Product images are representative; fresh flowers and bakery items may vary slightly in appearance while matching the value and style shown.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Taxes or delivery fees, where applicable, are shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal).
• We may cancel an order and refund you if an item is unavailable or a delivery cannot be completed.

Delivery

We deliver to the address and on the date you choose, within our Kabul and Herat service areas. Accurate recipient details and a reachable phone number help us deliver on time. If a recipient is unavailable, our team will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery.

Cancellations & refunds

You may request changes or cancellation before an order is prepared or dispatched. Because flowers and cakes are perishable and made to order, we handle refunds for completed deliveries case by case. Contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong with an order and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
