Track an order
Sign in and open your orders to see status and the delivery photo once your gift has been delivered.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time:
- In the app: Profile → Delete my account.
- On the web: sign in, then choose Delete account from your account menu.
- By email: write to support@golandgift.com from your account email and we'll process it.
Where you have past orders, we anonymize records we must keep for financial and legal reasons rather than deleting them outright. See our Privacy Policyfor details.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver across Kabul and Herat, Afghanistan, with same-day delivery available on many items.
